With the warm weather, I was fairly limited in Ruben's choice of church clothes. I ended up with a dress shirt and brown casual dress pants. I avoided corduroy and sweater vests and that is really all that was left. When we were shopping last week I found a pair of brand new Teva sandals at a resale shop for $6, so to avoid socks we put on sandals. Then during church he got a little hot so I rolled up his sleeves. Then he got bored so I took off my necklace and put it on him. Inadvertently I had created mini-Karl.
As a side note, Karl did not wear this outfit to church originally, but when I mentioned how much Ruben looked like him, he immediately went upstairs to change. He couldn't resist the photo op.
